 The founder and one of the consultants available is Kate Kirkwood

Kate has experience as a college professor in both graduate and undergradute programs. She has taught as an adjunct in face to face classrooms, on line, in the continuing education as well as traditional education classrooms.  Favorite Classes include: Organizational Behavior, Human Relations in Administration, Managing Conflict, Small Business Management, Entrepreneurship, and Acting 101.

She has worked as a corporate trainer for large and small clients and presented on such diverse topics as Time Management, Conflict Management, Supervisory Training, Public Speaking, Arts in Education, Networking and Negotiation, and The Corporate Stage. 

An Entrepreneur herself, Kate has managed several small business, and partnered with large corporations, non profits and government agencies to offer projects and programs that fit the mission and enhance the offerings of clients in a variety of industries.

Kate is well known as a seacoast actor, director and artist in residence at local schools. She has partnered with several arts organizations to offer music, theatre and arts programing and educational opportunities in the seacoast of NH, and is often seen on the local stages herself, or with her talented children, who also perform.

Kevin Sheehan

 Lead Hazard Control and related trainings are very specialized.  Kevin Sheehan is a technical consultant to K.KIrkwood Consultants, LLC specifically for Lead projects.

He offers consultation to property owners, contractors, tenants, inspectors and renovators of all types who deal with lead. 

Kevin has been a renovation contractor, a lead abatement contractor and a trainer for 20 years.  He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the Lead field and is certified as a trainer for the EPA/HUD RRP curriculum offered by Lead-Edu.

Kevin has written books and articles on Lead Hazard Control, and his work will soon be available for purchase on this site.
