If you own property in Manchester (single family or multi) you may qualify for assistance through this program.  You must prove ownership of a property with current property taxes, sewer and water bills.  You must fill out an application which includes verification of the rent you charge (if applicable) and the income level of your tenants.

These federal, state and city funds require that rents charged be within the HUD fair market values for the city, and the income of the tenants (which only includes the owner, if the owner is also a tenant) be within the HUD guidelines for low moderate income families.
